About the opportunity
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies that support the organization's growth. The position will work closely with senior management and department heads to attract talent, strengthen employee engagement and maintain compliance with UAE labour regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and workforce planning activities
- Manage employee relations and disciplinary procedures
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Oversee performance management and employee development
- Maintain compliance with UAE labour law
- Prepare HR reports, budgets and workforce analytics
- Advise management on organizational and staffing matters
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience
- Previous HR management experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law
- Experience with recruitment and performance management
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- CIPD, SHRM or similar certification is preferred
